I will say that I found my first cavity ever with them. The next time, the same cavity had to be re-filled, and they recommended I get these things to fill in the grooves in my teeth as a preventative measure. The next time, they found three cavities. It's been years since I've been there and other dentists have never found a cavity since. Do what you will with this information.

I first called because of an emergency that had me in a crazy amount of pain, and they had me in the next day.
Dr. Rav is fantastic. He is patient, and careful. When working on my mouth he constantly checks in to make sure his patients are comfortable and pain free.

Wonderful experience and I am terrified of dentists. I have had so many horrible experiences with dentists who couldn’t get me numb. Dr. Patel was truly wonderful and so compassionate. Michelle, Megan , Lisa and Pietre made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and at ease. I officially have a new dentist office. No wonder they are Best in Bucks six years in a row! I love Alpha Dental Excellence, I found this office while calling emergency dentist numbers late one night. My wisdom tooth had finally taken me to 10 on the pain scale and Dr. Mohil along with his assistants handled everything beautifully. This is all coming from someone who panics walking into the dentist office. My hygienist, Bogdan, THE BEST! He educated me on everything going on and the best way to take care of my teeth from here out, I mean it when I say I love this place, they really take care of you.
This place is great! I have always had issues with visiting the dentist due to my anxiety and past bad experiences at other offices. I’ve been coming to this office now for a little over two years and will continue to do so. I recently relocated to Georgia and made sure that I had a Saturday appointment just to continue my care with them. The office is always clean, the staff is friendly and the dentist and assistants are awesome. I usually have to take meds prior to my appointment and this last visit I forgot to bring them with me. Bogdan, as always was so patient with me during my cleaning that I didn’t need it. A friend of mine drove me to my appointment and thought I was crazy for coming this far for a cleaning. After sitting in the waiting area he was impressed with the office and how they greeted the patients and now wants to switch.
Never felt more comfortable and reassured at a dentist ever. Petra, Michelle K, and Dr. P welcomed me as a new patient to the office and gave me All the reassurance I needed, and answered all my questions. Incredible how much healthier I feel and to finally have teeth that look great after having a mouthful of lousy teeth most of my life. I was extremely pleased with the way they dealt with an extremely difficult situation and made it come out so well. For the first time in my life I have a great smile and a full set of teeth. I have been a patient of Alpha Dental Excellence for about 3 years. The service at this office is excellent. My gratitude to all staff members for making my visits more comfortable. My special thanks to Doctor Nirav Patel whom with his kindness and patience made the procedures less painful. Also, many thanks to his assistants and the ladies from the financial office, Marie Amato and Denise Johnson, for their assistance in solving the problem with the credit card charges.
